Hi! My name is Steffi, I’m 30 years old, and I grew up near Düsseldorf, Germany. Since 2020, I have mostly spent my life in Switzerland, Latin America, and especially Costa Rica. Since 2023, my base is back in Zurich, and I travel the world from here now and then.

I have passionately tried to better understand people and how we function since I was a child. Health and happiness are influenced on so many levels, and it has become clear to most people that we are more than just our bodies or minds. I love reflecting on the origins of my emotions, observing my mind, and taking a closer look at all the inner processes that guide and influence us daily. I enjoy exchanging thoughts, philosophizing together, and becoming aware of our existence and the human experience we all share.

When I started to dive into Human Design in 2022, I found a tool that allowed me to ask the right questions in a short time and provided me with information about myself that helped me grow beyond my limits at an incredible pace.

Since then, I take my community on the journey of my life and themes of inner reflection with me. I encourage them to look deeper within themselves, to believe in themselves, and to never give up on what they genuinely desire in their lives. Everything is already within us.

I share insights and reflections from my personal life on my Instagram account, work out the designs of my clients in writing, and personally support them in mentorships (mostly online). Additionally, I offer an online Human Design basic knowledge training, which is structured partly as self-study and partly as one-on-one support.

Since I became a yoga teacher in 2022 and expanded my expertise to include Yin and Nidra in 2024, I regularly offer Yin Yoga classes in english for anyone interested (online in the comfort of your home) - because I find it incredibly profound how deeply this practice can connect us with our bodies and inner world and calm our nervous system.
