It helps balance your hormones, strengthen your joints and ligaments and release your fascia. Rooted in Chinese Medicine, Yin Yoga also works with the meridians, enhancing the flow of energy throughout your body. This means you experience benefits on a physical, energetic and emotional level. To get the most out of your practice, find a quiet space at home where you can truly give yourself this time. Prepare a yoga mat, yoga blocks, and a pillow, or simply use 2–3 regular pillows. Have a blanket ready for the final relaxation and if you like, add some candles to create a soothing atmosphere. See you on the mat!
